take this market for example, for alphabet the fees = 0c but the real fees are 25c on opinion until 1% > 0.25 and then it becomes 1% fee.
Why does it show fees = 0 at the time of posting the orderbook shows

on polymarket no 68.9¢ 512 with a minimum of $1 meaning there is no arb here.
